Not everyone is a suitable candidate for eyebrow microblading. It is not recommended for individuals who:
Are under 18 years of age.
Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Take blood-thinning medications like Warfarin or Aspirin
Have certain medical conditions such as glaucoma, trichotillomania disorder, HIV, AIDS, HPV/hepatitis or skin cancer, epilepsy, autoimmune disorders, bleeding disorders, uncontrolled diabetes or high blood pressure, and cardiovascular problems.
Are prone to keloid scarring or have problems with wound healing.
Have a heart condition or haemophilia.
Have certain skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, moles on the brows, keratosis pilaris, chronic acne, rosacea, or dermatitis.
Use skin peeling acids, retinol, or vitamin A (these should be discontinued at least one month prior to the procedure)
Use Latisse or other lash/brow growth serums (these should be discontinued at least 3-6 months prior to the procedure)
Currently take Accutane or other retinoids (you must wait at least 6 months after treatment ends)
Had Botox injections in the past four weeks.
Have sunburn.
Have a pacemaker or heart problems.
Had eye treatments in the last six months.
Had previous irritation or reactions to permanent make-up treatments.
Please note that if you arrive for your scheduled session and are unable to proceed due to any of the above, your appointment will be forfeited, and your booking deposit will not be refunded.
